Healthy tips: Benefit of drinking lemon drink in the morning


Assalamualaikum my lovely, beautiful and handsome friends  

Anyone di sini yang suka minum lemon juice pagi-pagi?  Mesti uollss tak suka sebab masam kan? tapi uollss tahu tak apa khasiat dia if minum lemon pagi-pagi?
 Instead of getting a cup of coffee or tea in the morning, why not uollss replace it with a warm lemon juice?   Lagi banyak khasiatnya.

1. Boosts your immune system
Lemon adalah salah satu buah yang kaya dengan vitamin C, ianya sangat membantu dalam melawan penyakit selesema.  Lemon juga high in potassium, which stimulates brain and also nerve function.  Instead of that, it also helps to control the blood pressure.  If anyone yang ada blood pressure lemon is good for you.

2. Balances PH
Drink lemon juice everyday and you will reduce your body's overall acidity.  Lemon is one of the most alkaline foods around.  You must say that lemon has citric acid.   Yes, lemon has citric acid but it does not create acidity in the body once metabolized   So, don't worry to drink every morning.

3. Helps with weight loss
Lemons are high in pectin fiber, which helps fight hunger craving.  It also has been shown that people who maintain a more alkaline diet lose weight faster.

Lemon juice helps flush out unwanted materials inside our body. It encourages the liver to produce bile which is an acid that required for the digestion.  Efficient digestion will reduces  heartburn and also constipation.
